Title:
PRODUCTION OF SURFACE CURED RESIN PLATE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3214007
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce a surface cured resin plate having extremely improved surface state, hardness and adhesiveness to a hard coat layer by pasting a tape coated with an ultraviolet-curing resin to a resin plate, maintaining the tape at a fixed temperature and curing the ultraviolet-curing resin with ultraviolet rays.
CONSTITUTION: In applying an ultraviolet-curing resin to one side of a transparent sheet to give a transfer tape, sticking the transfer tape to a resin plate by rolls under pressure and irradiating the tape with ultraviolet rays to cure the ultraviolet-curing resin, after the transfer tape is stuck to the resin plate, the resin plate is kept at 50-100°C for ≥1 minute, preferably ≤20 minutes and then the resin plate is cured. An ultraviolet-curing resin consisting essentially of urethane acrylate is preferable as the ultraviolet-curing resin in terms of surface hardness and weather resistance. A PET film or nylon film is used as the transparent sheet.
