Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a synthetic resin molded product having a rising wall with a thin wall thickness while reducing the production quantity of burr.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical parison 2 is arranged between one opened mold 3 and other mold 4 having a slide mold 5. Subsequently, mold clamping is started to grasp the parison 2 by both pinch-off parts 3a, 5a to form a hermetically closed parison closed at both end parts thereof. Mold clamping is further advanced to hermetically close the periphery of the space part formed by a recessed cavity surface 6 and a protruding cavity surface 7 by the slide mold 5 to form a cavity alterable in vol. and the hermetically closed parison is received in the cavity. At that time, pressure is reduced in the vicinity of the side part of the cavity to allow the side part of the hermetically closed parison to approach the side part of the cavity. Further, the volume of the cavity is contracted and the hermetically closed parison is subjected to hollow molding while increased in its internal pressure.
