This production system 1 includes three or more production devices 2-8 performing production processing of workpieces. Each of the production devices 2-8 includes a processing part for performing the production processing and a device base body for holding the processing part. The device base body includes a pair of first connection reference planes parallel to each other and a pair of second connection reference planes crossing the pair of first connection reference planes at fixed angles and parallel to each other. A distance between the pair of first connection reference planes is set to be times of a natural number as long as a first reference dimension L, while a distance between the pair of second connection reference planes is set to be times of a natural number as long as a second reference dimension H. The production devices 2-8 with each other are connected in a state in which the mutually first connection reference planes are made to coincide with each other or in a state in which the mutually second connection reference planes are made to coincide with each other.
