PURPOSE: In tableting or molding an inorganic or organic compound substantially containing no water, to obtain tablets having improved appearance free from unevenness on the surface, by adding an inorganic compound having specific particle diameter and ratio of long diameter/short diameter to the compound.

CONSTITUTION: An inorganic or organic compound which substantially contains no water (usually may contain about 0.5% water) and does not liberate water of crystallization of ≤50°C, preferably ≤100°C is optionally blended with a binder (e.g. polyethylene glycol having 2,000W10,000 molecular weight), powered, incorporated with ≥0.5wt%, preferably 1W3wt% inorganic compound (preferably sodium sulfate or sodium chloride) having ≤40μm, preferably ≤20μm particle diameter and a ratio of long diameter and short diameter of 1W1.5 and tableted or molded.
