PURPOSE: To obtain a tacky component material such as tacky tape, sheet, etc., showing sufficient tack characteristics, excellent in heat resistance and solvent resistance by irradiating a substrate with ionizing radiation from an ionizing radiation transmitting substrate side.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A tacky component material prepared by coating an ionizing radiation transmitting (nontransmitting) substrate with an ionizing radiation crosslinkable tacky agent and (B) a releasable liner prepared by coating an ionizing radiation transmitting (nontransmitting) substrate with a releasant are piled so as to bring the face of the tacky agent of the component A into contact with the face of the releasant of the component B and, under a condition wherein at least one of the substrate component A and the substrate of the component B has ionizing radiation transmission, the piled material is irradiated with ionizing radiation from the ionizing radiation transmitting substrate side.
