Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve spinning stability and high-speed spinnability, by placing a specific thread-supporting member at a specific position closer to a spinneret than to a neck-deformation initiation point and carrying out high-speed melt- spinning.
CONSTITUTION: A thread-supporting member 2 is placed at a position within 20cm, preferably within 10cm from a neck-deformation initiation point in high- speed spinning toward a spinneret. The shape of the thread-supporting member is ring, etc., and the angle θ1 and θ2 are adjusted to θ1≤10°, preferably 0.5°≤θ1≤5° and θ2≤30°, preferably 0.5°≤θ2≤15° to prevent the mutual contact of the filaments on the thread-supporting member.
