Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a thin film like substrate covered with a metal oxide layer without harming the shape of a raw material thin section like inorganic substrate.
SOLUTION: This method for producing the thin film like inorganic substrate covered with the metal oxide layer is characterized by drying an aqueous suspension of the thin section like inorganic substrate with the metal oxide particles with a spray dryer and then calcining to form the thin film like inorganic substrate covered with the metal oxide while almost maintaining the shape of the thin section like inorganic substrate.
