Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce three-dimensional woven fabric for binding member having excellent durability to tensile load and compression load and capable of readily predicting strength on the design.

CONSTITUTION: Warp groups containing warp yarn (z) and wound around a metal bushing 1 are stretched and provided in a form of plural layers in the direction of thickness of woven fabric in a state extending in the longitudinal direction of woven fabric and bias yarn groups containing bias yarn B wound around the metal bushing are stretched and provided in a form of layers parallel to the above-mentioned warp layer so as to become a pair of two layers. Insertion to the thickness direction of woven fabric of vertical yarn (y) and insertion to the width direction of woven fabric of weft (x) are carried out and after one cycle insertion of vertical yarn (y) and weft (x) are finished, engage position of each bias yarn B kept in engaging state with engaging part of feed device and consisting of a pair of two layers is moved in prescribed pitch in the mutually reverse direction every each bias yarn layer along the width direction of woven fabric to arrange the bias yarn B slantingly to the longitudinal direction and then insertion of the vertical yarn (y) and weft (x) are carried out.
