Title:
PRODUCTION OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL WOVEN FABRIC
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05106140
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a three-dimensional woven fabric capable of suppressing warpage generated in a composite material in impregnating and curing of a resin into a three-dimensional woven fabric when the three-dimensional woven fabric is used as a skeletal material to produce a composite material.

CONSTITUTION: Plural warps (z) are stretched and provided as a plural layer in the direction of thickness of a woven fabric in a state extending in the longitudinal direction of woven fabric and weaving is started in state where even-numbered pairs of bias yarns are stretched and provided parallel to the warp layer so that plural bias yarn B become a pair of two layers. A bias yarn B of each pair of two layers is moved every prescribed pitch to the direction of width of woven fabric in mutually reverse direction in each bias yarn layer by a guide block 13 of a bias yarn feeder 5 arranged and provided between cloth fell position and bias yarn feed part. A vertical yarn (y) is inserted into lines of warp (z) to the direction of thickness of woven fabric on the side of bias yarn feed device 5 by crossing part of bias yarn. The moving direction of bias yarn of a pair of two layers by the guide block 13 becomes reverse direction, bounded by central face in the direction of thickness of woven.
