Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a producing method of toner particles showing high transfer property and little changes in transfer property from the initial stage of use to after long-term use.
SOLUTION: In the production of toner particles containing a binder resin and a coloring agent, a device I described below is used. The device I is equipped with a first cylindrical treating room 29a, rotating axis 3 housed in the first cylindrical treating room, first rotor 2a having plural blades 9a on the front face. The height Ha of the blade, distance L1a between the top end of the blade and the front wall, the max diameter R1a of the first rotor and the distance L2a between the blade and the side wall of the first cylindrical treating room are designed to satisfy the conditions of 0.1≤L1a/Ha≤5.0, 50×10 -5≤Ha/R1a≤400×10-3, and 1.0×10-3≤L2a/R1a≤95×10-3.
