Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a production method of ultra quick hardening cement capable of efficiently producing the ultra quick hardening cement at a low burning temp. by using an inexpensive raw material.

CONSTITUTION: First, aluminum residual ash controlled in the metallic Al contents at 10-20wt.%, is prepared as an alumina source. Next, 35-40wt.% the aluminum residual ash, 55-60wt.% lime stone and 4-5wt.% fluorite are mixed to prepare a mixture. Subsequently, the mixture is burned at 1100-1200°C burning atmospheric temp. to obtain the ultra quick hardening cement.
