Title:
PRODUCTION OF ULTRAHIGH MAGNETIC FLUX DENSITY GRAIN-ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3527276
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To regulate the sheet thickness of a steel sheet to a product one by single time forced cold rolling after hot rolling and to obtain ultrahigh magnetic flux density by using a slag having a compsn. in which a silicon steel having a componental system using AlN as an inhibitor is added with Bi.
CONSTITUTION: The compsn. of a slag is constituted of, by weight, 0.03 to 0.15% C, 2.5 to 4.0% Si, 0.02 to 0.3% Mn, 0.005 to 0.040% S and/or Se, 0.010 to 0.065% acid soluble Al, 0.0030 to 0.0150% N, 0.0005 to 0.05% Bi, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities. If required, 0.050 to 0.50% Sn and 0.01 to 0.10% Cu are furthermore incorporated therein. This slag is heated, is subjected to hot rolling and is thereafter subjected to hot rolled sheet annealing. Then, this hot rolled sheet is subjected to the same forced cold rolling at 80 to 95% cold rolling ratio to regulate its sheet thickness to a product one of 0.23 to 0.15mm, which is subjected to decarburizing annealing and finish annealing to form into a silicon steel sheet of Bs ≥1.92T.
