Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a producing method of a vessel with a bottom with a simple structure, without dividing a producing process and with an excellent quality of an out-look.

CONSTITUTION: This producing method of a vessel with a bottom is made so that a blank 5 is attached in a cavity 6 of a die 3, and the blank is plastically deformed by pressing a punch 4 being made freely and relatively movable against the die 3 to the blank 5. Then, a positional constraint part 8 where the positional deviation of the blank or the punch 4 is prevented to any direction orthogonally crossing against the pressing direction of the punch 4, and these blank 5 and punch 4 are constricted at the proper position is formed on each opposing surface 7 of each pressing direction of the die 3, the blank 5 and the punch 4, and the blank 5 is plastically deformed in one motion while mutually and closely fitting the respective positional constraint parts 8.
