Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a vinyl chloride resin scarcely contg. coarse particles with a particle sizes of 40μm or higher by spray drying only of a vinyl chloride polymer latex.
CONSTITUTION: Steam or its mixture with an inert gas is used as the spraying gas in spray drying of a vinyl chloride polymer latex using a two-fluid nozzle.
