Abstract:
PURPOSE: To continuously produce of viscose fiber useful especially for clothing, frock and in a field expected to have improvement in dyeability and strength and elongation in a wet state by a retionalized method.
CONSTITUTION: In production of viscose fiber by a low-acid low temperature spinning of viscose having high degree of polymerization, residual γ value of the fiber in a regenerating process is adjusted to 30-40, the temperature of the fiber is regulated to ≤10°C, the fiber is successively passed through a decomposition bath having ≤2g/l sulfuric acid at ≥95°C and regeneration is completed to produce the viscose fiber.
