Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce a wall material made of a chlorine-containing resin capable of capturing hydrogen chloride generated at times of incineration treatment and a fire.
CONSTITUTION: A mixture based on a chlorine-containing resin, a plasticizer, calcium carbonate, a stabilizer and a hydrogen chloride capturing agent is kneaded under heating and applied to a base fabric to produce a wall material made of a chlorine-containing resin. In this method, the hydrogen chloride capturing agent prepared by compounding 0.1-50 pts.wt. of a 6-24C org. aliphatic acid or a thermoplastic resin having a carboxyl group as a functional group with 100 pts.wt. of hydrous non-crystalline calcium silicate is used.
