Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce the subject compsn. which has high water repellency and dispersion stability and exhibits excellent compatibility when mixed with an anionic additive.
CONSTITUTION: A polyfluoroalkylated α,β-unsatd. monomer and a radical- polymerizable unsatd. monomer are copolymerized in an emulsion by using a peroxysulfate as a radical polymn. initiator and a polyoxyalkylene monoalkyl ether as an emulsifier.
