Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the production method of welded structure having high strength and high reliability of a weld zone.
SOLUTION: While arranging a shape 1 of square shaped tube (square tube), a shape 2 and having a,n angle β formed between the end face 1a of shape 1 and the axial direction of shape 1, the end face 1a is formed so as to have an angle β of 45°. The end face 2a of shape 2 is formed same as the shape 1, Next, the shape 1 and shape 2 are butted so as to bring the end face 1a and end face 2a into tight contact each other, the shape 1 and shape 2 are laid out at symmetrical position each other as taking a boundary face 4 between the shape 1 and shape 2 for the symmetrical face. Successively, the butted part is welded in the peripheral direction, a welding bead 3 is formed. As a result, in the shapes 1, 2, when taking the widths between the inner peripheral edge and outer peripheral edge of end face of butted part as T1, T2, the T1, T2, are turned out same because the shapes 1 and 2 are arranged at symmetrical position each other. By this method, respective penetration of weld metal for the shapes 1, 2 are turned out same, the weld bead 3 is uniformly formed.
