PURPOSE: To improve production efficiency and to reduce cost by forming simultaneously and integrally a rim and a disc from single blank pipe.

CONSTITUTION: An upper roll 3 under rotation is brought into press contact with a blank pipe 1 and is rotated together with a lower roll 2 to form an annular recess 11c between a cylindrical part 11a and a cylindrical part 11a, by which the 1st cylindrical body 11 provided with the parts 11a, 11a having a prescribed size and the recess 11c is obtd. The body 11 is then set in press dies and right and left punches are forced forward to form a disc 53 projecting by a prescribed length to the diametral inside of a recess 52, by which the 2nd cylindrical body provided with the recess 52 having a prescribed part, a large diameter part and the disc 53 is obtd. A lower roll 33 is then set in the 2nd cylindrical body to said body to a bead receiving part 54 by an upper roll 34 and a lower roll 33. The part 54 is provided with a tire seat, hump part, ear part and curled part. A rim is constituted of the part 54 and the recess 52. A product wheel consisting of the rim and the disc 53 is obtd. by the above-mentioned method.
