Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the production of a decorative sheet having a wood grain pattern by forming recessed and projection part having a wood grain pattern on the surface of wood and successively coating the surface with lacquer and urethane resin.
CONSTITUTION: Recessed and projection part 3 having a wood grain pattern are formed on the surface of wood 1 and the surface is coated with lacquer 7 to relieve the wood grain pattern against the wood 1 by the lacquer thickened at the recessed and projection part 3. A protective film 9 of urethan resin, etc., is further formed on the surface of the lacquer layer 7. Conventional labor required to adhere a vinyl sheet, etc., is eliminated.
