Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and inexpensively produce a wooden material using wood flour as a raw material without using a large quantity of chemical additives.
CONSTITUTION: In a first process, wood flour 101 is brought into contact with ozone to oxidize lignin contained in the wood flour by ozone and, in a second process, the wood flour 101 containing lignin 102 oxidized by ozone is heated under pressure to be bonded. Prior to the first process, the wood flour 101 and old paper of mechanical pulp are opened by a dry process to be mixed with a fluffy pulp material and the wood flour 101 and the fluffy pulp material are oxidized by ozone to be mixed as a reinforcing material.
