PURPOSE: To enhance the yield of a product by preventing the damage of a mat due to the step difference or positional shift between devices.

CONSTITUTION: Wood pieces or wood fibers set to a predetermined size by screening and dried are coated with a predetermined amt. of an adhesive to be stored in silos 1, 2, 3 and subsequently scattered over a forming conveyor 4 moving a definite direction to be formed into a mat and, next, this mat is inserted in the gap between prepress belts 5 to be temporarily molded and the temporarily molded mat is cut into a predeteremined dimension to be inserted in a pre-loader 7 and the cut preliminarily molded mats are inserted in a main loader 3 all together. This process is repeated twice. Thereafter, the mats are inserted in the gaps between the hot plates of a hot press 9 to be molded for a predetermined time at predetermined temp. under predetermined pressure to form wooden molded panels which are, in turn, discharged into an unloader 10.
