Abstract:
PURPOSE: To certainly and stably fix a repairing ball in the hole part formed by punching the flaw part of veneer corresponding to the material quality and thickness of the veneer.
CONSTITUTION: In the production of a wooden panel by a method wherein the flaw part of veneer 1 is punched and removed while the ball 23 corresponding to the hole part 22 formed by punching is punched from a ball material 12 to be fitted in the hole part 22, a repairing ball 23 is fitted in the hole part 22 under pressure by utilizing the shrinkability of the veneer 1 and/or the elasticity of the ball material 12.
