Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make possible to simplify process and save time of draining treatment, by mechanochemically reacting zinc compound and phosphate compound in a molar ratio Zn/P = 1.5.

CONSTITUTION: Zn compound is mixed with phosphate compound in a stoichiometrical ratio of Zn/P = 1.5 and kneaded by wet or dry method using vibration mill or ball mill, etc., then mechanochemical reaction is risen to obtain zinc phosphate compound having ≤10μm particle diameter. The zinc compound is selected from ZnO, Zn(OH)2, ZnCO3, ZnHPO4.mH2O (m is 0W3) and Zn(H2 PO4)2.nH2O (n is 0W2) and phosphate compound is selected from H3 PO4.ZnHPO4.mH2O (m is 0W3) and Zn(H2PO4)2.aH2O (a is 0W2).
