To obtain an offset value which offsets a habit used in the assembling processing of a bearing assembling machine which is posteriorly performed by grasping the habit of a part processing machine without the need for measuring part processing accuracy.
By oscillating a rotary shaft and a second bearing supporting the rotary shaft, an inclined-movement limit of a second bearing to a first bearing and a moving limit of the first bearing orthogonal to a central axis are detected and an assembling target position and an assembling target attitude of the second bearing are found from the information of the movement limit, and the rotational center position and the inclination of the second bearing are detected before the assembling in which the second bearing is positioned in the target position and the target attitude, and the rotational center position and the inclination of the second bearing are detected after the second bearing is assembled and fixed into a cylindrical shell at the target position and the target attitude, and at the same time, the rotary center and the inclination of the first bearing are detected and these discrete values are calculated and the rotational center position and the inclination of the first bearing after the assembling and the rotational center position and the inclination of the second bearing before the assembling are detected and offset values indicating misalignment amounts between the two cases are found.
