Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a profile grinder capable of quickening relative acceleration in the cut-in direction to a work of a grindstone.SOLUTION: A work rotary part 20 rotates a work 11 around the C axis. A grindstone moving part 40 cuts in and sends a grindstone 32 to a grinding surface of the work 11, and executes profile grinding by reciprocating the grindstone 32 by synchronizing with rotary operation around the C axis of the work 11. A work moving part 15 moves a work rotary part 20 so that relative acceleration in the cut-in direction becomes fast to the work 11 of the grindstone 32 when executing the profile grinding by the grindstone moving part 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
