To provide a broadcast device, a receiving device and the like which are capable of properly displaying advertisements so as not to deteriorate their effects and enabling viewers to selectively watch and listen to the advertisements without increasing the receiving device in cost as much as possible.

A broadcast device 1 comprises: a separate information holder 15 which holds separate information for each ID; a separate advertisement generation part 16 which receives conditional advertisement information, extracts advertisement information that meets limiting requirements from the separate information held for each ID, and generates separate advertisement information composed of ID and advertisement information; and a broadcasting part 13 which broadcasts advertisement information containing the generated separate advertisement information and program information. A receiving device 2 is equipped with a receiving part 21 which receives program information and advertisement information, a storage 22; a center control 23 and a video-audio part 24 which reproduce programs by the use of the received program information, and an advertisement automatic display 25 which reproduces advertisements by use of the received advertisement information when a prescribed time program is reproduced.
