Abstract:

To provide a program for a central monitoring system and a method for constructing the central monitor system using this program for standardizing and constructing a central monitoring system at a low cost even in a small and medium-scaled building.

A basic program P' for a central monitoring system 1 is a basic model in which the number of floors of a building and the number of each kind of equipment to be set are temporarily set, while the basic program P' can be changed according to the actual number of floors of a building under consideration or the actual number of equipment or the like. Then, the basic program P' is stored in a storage device, and the basic program P' is changed according to the actual number of floors of the building or the actual number of equipment or the liek so that a program P for the actual system can be constituted.
