Abstract:
To provide a program and a device for preparing manuscript printed on a postcard, automatically arranging specified characters on a postcard body according to the condition of postcard manuscript.SOLUTION: In a postcard printing application 101, an arrangement relation acquisition section 210 acquires an arrangement relation between postcard body manuscript in data 103 of manuscript printed on a postcard during editing and attachment manuscript to be attached to the postcard body manuscript. A specified character arrangement position adjustment section 211 adjusts the arrangement position of characters specified on the postcard body manuscript, for example, "POST CARD" or characters equivalent thereto, according to the arrangement relation. In preparing/editing postcard manuscript having a format where a postcard body and an attachment are in close contact, an arrangement relation between the postcard body and the attachment are automatically determined, and the specified characters are automatically arranged on the top or left side (or right side) of the postcard body. Thus, a user can automatically arrange specified characters that need to be described on a postcard body without paying attention to an arrangement relation between the postcard body and an attachment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
