PURPOSE: To prevent forgetting of operation and to reduce the burden of an operator by executing the check of a user preparing program to be executed till then at the time of executing a basic work program and starting a user batch program automatically in executing basic work.

CONSTITUTION: In a program management table within an SRAM part 4 of an internal memory part 5, a matrix consisting of a basic work program column which consists of a program name and the presence of the execution of a basic work program, an indicating name, the program name, the presence of the execution of user preparation work and a user preparation program row which consists of a check specification and a starting user batch program name is formed. Then, at the time of executing the basic work program, the program management table is referred, a user program to be executed till then is checked and in executing the basic work program, the user batch program is started automatically.
