To prevent comfort play of a target user from being impaired even when communication delay occurs.SOLUTION: In an information processing apparatus 1, a processor functions as: an acquisition unit which acquires tracking information including the position and/or rotation angle of a controller and a head-mounted display from a sensor for detecting the position and/or rotation angle of the head-mounted display and the controller; a drawing processing unit which determines the position and/or rotation angle of a virtual camera by use of tracking information of the head-mounted display when acquired before receiving tracking information of another user, and executes drawing of a virtual space by use of the determined position and/or rotation angle of the virtual camera; a communication control unit which performs control to receive tracking information of another user; and a game operation unit which executes game operation by use of the tracking information of the user and the tracking information of the other user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
