Abstract:
To make it possible to calculate respective values of the conductor loss and the dielectric loss of a wiring board.SOLUTION: A storage unit 11 stores a measurement result of the sum of the conductor loss and the dielectric loss for a signal of a given frequency for each of wiring boards 15 and 16 with different wiring widths and insulation layer thicknesses, and an analysis result by three-dimentional electromagnetic field analysis, of the conductivity dependence of the conductor loss and the dielectric loss for multiple wiring boards with the same wiring width and insulation layer thickness as wiring boards 15 and 16. A processing unit 12 calculates a ratio of the conductor loss and a ratio of the dielectric loss for two of the multiple wiring boards based on the analysis result and calculates a value of the conductor loss and a value of the dielectric loss for each of the wiring boards 15 and 16 based on each ratio and the measurement result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
