Abstract:
To provide a program, an information processing device, a method and a system with which, in an electronic contract system, it is possible to determine whether a counterparty user who is a party to contract conclusion has an appropriate right to approve in a counterparty organization.SOLUTION: A program causes the steps to be executed, including: a step in which when an electronic contract procedure between users belonging to different organizations accepts contract information from a first user that is an object of contract conclusion, a second user is accepted as a recipient of the contract information having been accepted from the first user in a contract information acceptance step; a step for accepting from the second user an indication to approve the contract conclusion of the contract information; a step for acquiring user information of the other, to at least one of the first and the second users, from an external social networking service; and a step for presenting the other user information having been acquired in the information acquisition step, to the at least one of the users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
