Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for acquiring information necessary for a server for program management to automatically install a program without affecting the operation of a computer of an installation destination due to the installation work of the program.SOLUTION: A program installation cost calculation device 50 includes: an installation time measurement part 51 for measuring a required time required for installing a program in a multi-core computer on the basis of the size of a program; a number-of-core determination part 52 for determining the required number of cores in the processor of the multi-core computer to be used for installing the program in the multi-core computer on the basis of the type of the program; and a cost calculation part 53 for calculating costs required for installing the program in the multi-core computer on the basis of the measured required time and the required number of cores.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
