Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently support the software development of micro-computer by providing a program loading device for the emulator for a micro-computer with which a PROM is not used for storing a target program when developing the target program.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with an interface device 8 for communicating with a host system, controller 10, a non-volatile memory 9 for storing a program transferred from the host system and an interface device 14 with the emulator and the controller 10 detects the state of connecting the host system and the emulator and selects any one of the storage of the program transferred from the host system into the non-volatile memory 9, the loading of the program stored in the non-volatile memory 9 to the emulator and the control of the emulator while receiving an instruction from the host system corresponding to the connecting state.
