PURPOSE: To provide the program managing system which can easily speedily execute the copy or correction of resources and the retrieval of resource information while always matching resources to be used in the respective processes of program development with the resource information.

CONSTITUTION: This system is composed of an instructing means 4 for a user to input a processing request or the like, and a processing means 2 to execute an instructed processing to processing object resources 5 based on the processing request data from the instructing means 4, to physically integrally adding resource information 1 for generating/maintaining/managing resources 3 as the processed result to the relevant resources 3, and to store the result in a storage device 6.
