Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for improving operability when scan data is transmitted to a storage server and the like and preventing erroneous transmission of the scan data.SOLUTION: Scan processing is performed in individual MFP only by bringing a portable telephone 10 into close contact with MFP 50 of a company or MFP 51 of a home. A device of MFP in the company or MFP of the home determines whether the scan processing is performed or not. When the scan processing is determined to be performed in MFP of the company, scan data is automatically transmitted to a first storage server 82 which is set in accordance with MFP of the company. Thus, it is not necessary to select a transmission destination of the scan data and operability improves. Erroneous selection of the transmission destination of the scan data by a user can be eliminated.
