PURPOSE: To allow a single printer to easily change specifications in a short time with respect to the specifications for respective customers by adding a necessary program in accordance with a desired format to be printed so as to be stored.
CONSTITUTION: A computer device part 1 provided with a picture display device 4 and a key operation part 5 with respect to a computer mainbody part 3 and a printer device 2 are provided. The device part 2 is provided with an input/ output device 6, CPU 7, RAM 8, ROM 9, EEPROM 10 and a printing mechanism 11, and connected to the device part 1. For generating the format to be processed, the generation of the format and the generation of the program in a whole process for printing it are collected while the picture of the display device 4 is viewed, and they are once stored in EEPROM 10 in accordance with the procedure. Then, the single printer can alter the specification at every customer.
