Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the working efficiency of a program production device by showing both instruction and numerical data on the same display screen when the interpreted instruction contents are coincident with a set instruction character string.
SOLUTION: An instruction interpretation means 28 retrieves the instruction part of the instruction data of a data management means 29 based on the instruction group of an instruction reference table 26 and also on the contents of the instruction group. A display control means 27 confirms whether a position window different from an instruction window is opened on a display device 23 and then opens a position window on the device 23. Then the means 27 clears the contents of the device 23 and prepares for display of the new position data. Then the means 29 sends the position data to the means 27 which shows the position data in the position window. Then the means 29 edits the instruction data or the position data based on the input given from a keyboard 21 and stores the edited data in the storage mans 24 and 25 to reflect them.
