PURPOSE: To display a broadcasting program on a display device and to reserve the reception by means of an input device.

CONSTITUTION: The program data stored in a program data base 1 are edited by means of a controller 2 and displayed on a display device as a program table. By locating a cursor controlled by an input device 4 on the program column of the program table displayed on the display device 3 and performing enter operation, the reserved program is recorded in a designated program data base 8. Clock counting data from a clock circuit 5 are compared with the program data recorded in the designated program data base 8, when the starting time of the program comes, the electricity is conducted to a broadcasting receiver and the recording device and the reserved program is recorded in the recording device 6.
