Abstract:

To improve working efficiency in adjusting a production preparation schedule.

Tasks scheduled posterior to a delayed task, that is, a critical task having the longest scheduled lead time among inputted scheduled lead time, a task whose start is set prior to the scheduled start date of the critical task, and a task whose start is set posterior to the scheduled end date of the critical task are displayed. Thus, the critical task can be easily detected by using a computer, and it is possible for a production preparation schedule manager to easily adjust the production preparation schedule on the basis of the displayed critical task, and to efficiently perform the production preparation schedule adjusting work.
