To provide a program, a system and an application capable of constructing SNS suitable for use in a specific application.SOLUTION: A program of the present invention includes an SNS control unit 20 that realizes an SNS function allowing a user registered for use to submit an image and browse an image submitted by each user, and an album construction unit 30 that can construct an image album allowing users to browse images selected and collected from the images submitted to SNS constructed by the SNS control unit 20.
