PURPOSE: To add a time limiting action to the output by a single instruction without using two instructions, a timer instruction and an output instruction.

CONSTITUTION: A clock counter 6 serves as a loop counter which counts the present time. An initial value storing part 7 stores the present time counted by the clock 6 as the intial value when the input turned on. A comparison operation part 8 calculates the time elapsed after the input is turned from the difference between the present time of the counter 6 and the value stored in the part 7. When the elapsed time is equal to the delay time set by a delay output instruction, the part 8 turns on the output through a deciding part 1 and an output part 3.
