Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain high speed processing of a user program in a form faithful to the illustration expression of a process stepping type language SFC by dividing the user program into process connection information parts and real program parts in the execution processing of the SFC, and storing processes in active states in chain format and processing the respective processes in order. CONSTITUTION:This controller is provided with a process information storage means 1 which is stored with process information on each process and transition condition information for movement to a next process, a transition condition information storage means 2 which is stored with information on connections between successive processes by respective transition conditions, a process program storage means 3 which is stored with process programs attached to the respective processes, and a transition condition program storage means 4 which is stored with transition condition programs by the transition conditions. Then a process control means 15 is stored with the processes in the active states in the chain format and the respective processes are processed in order. Consequently, execution order faithful to illustration information is realized and the programmable controller which has a high speed user program execution system is realized.
