Title:
PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59220805
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To absorb the chattering of a contact making signal without providing any integration circuit to an input circuit by inputting an input number to an input terminal with an input number set in a user's instruction, and adding identification information on whether a contact making signal source is connected to a contact breaking signal source or not. CONSTITUTION:A programmable controller is provided with the arithmetic control part consisting of a CPU1, an ROM2, and an RAM3, and this control part is provided with an input circuit 4 connected to an input signal source, an output circuit 5 connected to a load, and a program console 6 and a display device 7. Signal source number 0-(n) are given to input signals sources of this circuit 4, and a user, when generating a program, discriminates on whether input terminals corresponding to the numbers are connected to the contact making signal source or contact breaking signal source for each number. Then, the user program memory 3A, input/output memory 3B, and working memory 3C of the RAM3 are used to absorb the chattering of the contact making signal without providing any integration circuit to the circuit 4.
