To make it possible to program and execute a series of operation regulated by a user by executing reading and storing operation with a sequence specified by the user and executing a series of operation regulated by the user.

When a user depresses a stop button 14 after inputting a required sequence, the whole sequence is stored in a memory of the device and a red LED 13 is turned off. When the user depresses a play button 15 in order to execute the inputted sequence, the device is switched to a play mode. A microcomputer in the device reads out inputted data from the memory one by one. The memory stores also instructions corresponding to respective bar codes to be used. Since the microcomputer can execute these instructions in the order corresponding to the sequence selected inputted by the user, the device executes corresponding operation by the sequence selected by the user.
