A recipe data input processing part 31 of a graphical control panel receives a touch operation to an input area of a touch panel, then selects one of lattice points dividing the input area into a lattice according to the position of the received touch operation, and stores as a set point at a time point corresponding to one coordinate of the lattice point a value corresponding to the other coordinate of the lattice point, in a recipe data storage area AR of a storage part. The graphical control panel is further provided with a lattice information updating part 33 for changing at least one position of the lattice dividing the input area into the lattice in response to a lattice position change command.
