PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration in the frequency accuracy is caused when a frequency division ratio is lowered by forming the oscillator with two sub programmable counters.
CONSTITUTION: Two sub programmable counters CT2, CT3 sharing a minute frequency change are provided to the oscillator in addition to a main programmable counter CT1.
