PURPOSE: To allow automatic cooking with a controlled degree of fire strength and heating time preset by an electronic control means using a micro-computer.
CONSTITUTION: A cam 8a is mounted on the shaft 7 of pulse motor 6 driven by a control pulse signal from electronic control unit 1, and an operating bar 12 at an end of release cable 11 connected at its other end to flow rate control pin 10 of gas governers 9a, 9b adjusting the supplied gas pressure is slidably pressed against the outer peripheral surface of said cam 8a so that the amount of insertion of said operating bar 12 of said release cable 11 can be changed by said cam 8a to control the supplied gas flow rate at the burner section 2 and grill section 3 of the gas cooking range. The maximum and minimum allowable gas pressure detecting switches 15a, 15b, 15c are operated by the stepped portions 14a, 14b provided on the outer peripheral surface of said cam 8a.
