PURPOSE: To output a voice without imposing a burden on the control processing of a sequencer body, by providing a voice synthesizing device containing a processor for reproducing a voice, and outputting input/output information, etc. of the sequencer, by a voice.
CONSTITUTION: A data is read out of the memory of a sequencer body 7 and inputted to a programmer 1. Based on the data inputted to an input means 3, a character is displayd so as to be observed visually, in a character display area. The data inputted to a voice synthesizing means 4 is held by latching circuits LA1WLA3. A microcomputer CP inputs the data of the circuits LA1WLA3, gives an address corresponding to them to a ROM11, reads out a voice data and sends it out to a voice reproducing part 12. A voice reproduction is started by a voice start signal VS, the voice data from the reproducing part 12 is converted to a voice analog signal, and a voice is uttered from a loudspeaker SP. Accordingly, the voice is outputted without imposing a burden on a control part of the body 7.
